ORDER'S
Hey! What happens once I place my order?
Once your order has been placed you will be sent an Email/SMS (whichever you opted in for), with your order/confirmation number, along with all your order details. Keep an eye on your Junk/Spam folder as sometimes these can get lost in here!
You will then receive a follow up Email/SMS as soon as our despatch team have picked & packed your order full of No5 Boutique goodies, & we'll let you know your order its on its way!
Please note: We despatch items Mon-Fri & Despatch is closed Weekends & Bank Holidays. 
My order hasn't arrived?
We have a handling & despatch policy of up to 10 working days (Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Once your order is ready for despatch you will receive your shipping Email/SMS with all the relevant info. We use a First Class signed delivery Service via Royal Mail.
In the unlikely event, your parcel has still not arrived, pop us a quick direct message to one of our social media pages, and one of our girls will look into this for you. 
My tracking number doesn't work, help!
Dont panic babe! The online tracking system can take a few days to actively update as your parcel progresses from despatch through to the postal network. There is nothing to panic about & this is absolutely normal. If however, you need extra advice, pop us a direct message on social media pages, & our girls can check on that for you! 
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
As No5 Boutique aims to operate a super quick order process, along with working in the weird & wonderful world of fast fashion, order amendments can be tricky & cannot always be guaranteed. However, don't hesitate to pop our girls a quick message with your amendment query, & we will certainly try our best to help you out with that! 
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We are super confident that you'll love your purchases, but if for any reason you do change your mind, please send our girls a quick message on Facebook or Instagram where we can arrange this for you! Please Note: Once your order has been despatched we will not be able to cancel it, & you would have to start the process of a return.
DELIVERY
Will I need to be at home to sign for my parcel?
All of our No5 Boutique parcels arrive in gorgeous purple packaging, so they are pretty hard to miss! If for any reason you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, Royal Mail will leave this with a neighbour or in a 'designated' safe place. In addition, Royal Mail will leave you a postcard explaining where your package is. Alternatively, Royal Mail will return your parcel to your local sorting office which can be collected the following working day. In all of these instances, Royal Mail will leave an instruction postcard for you. 
RETURNS
I returned my item/s but have not been refunded yet?
All refunds are processed by our Customer Service team, who aim to process & complete all refunds within 14 days of your item/s being returned to us. Your successful refund will be received via your original method of payment. Dependent on your bank, this may take a further few days to display as a recent transaction on your online banking or paper statement.
Please pop us a message if your refund has not been received outside of this timeframe, & we will take a look at this for you.

My size is sold out, when will it be restocked?
We receive new stock drops weekly to ensure your Wrobes are bang up to date with latest boutique trends & must have styles! Most of our clothing & collections are seasonal & they do sell out fast 'sigh's'! But don't fret babe! Make sure your following us on Facebook & Instagram, turn on your notifications, & we will keep you bang up to date with our stock drops, Restock alerts, and much more!
