Hey! What happens once I place my order?
Once your order has been placed you will be sent an email/SMS confirmation with your order number which will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with all your order details. (Keep an eye on your junk/spam folder for this also, as sometimes the email is sent here!)
You will then get a further email as soon as our despatch team have received your order. We then pick and pack your gorgeous parcel full of No5 Boutique goodies, and this is then sent by post with a handling time of up to 7-10 working days (Usually before that time!)
Please note: Despatch is closed on Bank Holidays and weekends). Look out for your No5 Boutique package arriving!
My order hasn't arrived?
We use a Standard First Class delivery with Royal Mail in order to allow us to provide you with our FREE UK SHIPPING. Therefore we state a policy of up to 10 working days handling and delivery times (Your package would usually arrive in less time!)
If for any reason your parcel has not arrived in this time, drop a message over to our girls via our social links, where we can look into this for you quickly. You can find all this info in our GET IN TOUCH section on the website!
My tracking number doesn't work, help!
Dont panic Doll! The online tracking system can take a few days to actively update as your parcel progresses from despatch through to the postal network. There is nothing to panic about this is absolutely normal. If however, your tracking number is 'incorrect' or 'unrecognised' drop us a message on social media and we'll check it for you!
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
As No5 Boutique aims to operate a super speedy order process, and working in the weird and wonderful world of fast-fashion, order amendments cannot always be guaranteed. If you'd still like to change your size or shade once your order has been placed, pop us an a message on social media with your order number asap and we will try our best to change this for you.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We are super confident that you'll love your purchases, but if for any reason you change your mind, please let our Customer Service girls know asap via social media and we can arrange a cancellation and full refund (providing your order has not already been despatched). You can find our social handles on our 'GET IN TOUCH' page.
Will I need to be at home to sign for my parcel?
All of our No5 Boutique parcels arrive in a gorgeous silver and white packaging, so they are pretty hard to miss! If for any reason your not at home when your parcel is delivered - the postman will likely leave this with a neighbour, or in a designated 'safe place' and an instruction card will be left in your postcard explaining where your package is. Alternatively, Royal Mail will return your parcel to the local Sorting Office which can be collected the following working day. In any of these instances, the postman will pop a red card through the letter box to inform you.
How do I process a return?

We recommend you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning your goods.
No5 Boutique operates a 14 days return policy. Returnable items should be in their original packaging with all tags etc still in tact. If you return your items after the 14 days have passed, we will unfortunately not be able to process your refund. You will be notified of your refund details by e-mail once we have received your returnable goods. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT REFUND ANY SALE ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I returned my item but haven't been refunded yet?
All refunds are processed by our Customer Service team who aim to process and complete all refund payments within 14 working days of your item(s) being returned to us. All refunds will be received via your original method of payment when your purchased. Dependant on your individual bank, this may take a further few days to display as a recent transaction on your online banking and/or paper statement. Please feel free to pop us direct message on Facebook or Instagram if your refund has not been received outside of this timeframe.
My size is sold out, when will it be restocked?
We receive new No5 Boutique stock drops weekly to ensure your closets are bang up to date with the latest seasonal, blogger and celeb trends. Most clothing and collections are seasonal and once they are gone they won't be restocked *sighs*. But don't fret, keep tabs on our 'NEW IN' page and our Facebook & Instagram as we're sure to have something you'll love just as much - if not more!
